Chào mừng bạn đến với HeartPearl. Chúng tôi cam kết bảo vệ tuyệt đối quyền riêng tư và dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn. Chính sách Quyền riêng tư này giải thích rõ ràng cách HeartPearl thu thập, sử dụng, lưu trữ và bảo vệ thông tin khi bạn sử dụng ứng dụng.
Cam kết cốt lõi của HeartPearl: Chúng tôi KHÔNG bán dữ liệu của bạn cho bên thứ ba. Ảnh và video của bạn chỉ hiển thị trực tiếp cho những bạn bè thân thiết do chính bạn lựa chọn và kết nối.
1. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập
A. Thông tin tài khoản người dùng
- Thông tin định danh: Tên hiển thị, tên người dùng (@username), ảnh đại diện (avatar).
- Thông tin xác thực: Địa chỉ email hoặc số điện thoại (dùng để gửi mã xác thực SMS OTP), hoặc thông tin Apple ID/Google Account khi bạn chọn đăng nhập nhanh.
B. Nội dung do bạn tạo ra (User Generated Content)
- Ảnh & Video khoảnh khắc: Ảnh và video ngắn bạn chụp qua camera ứng dụng cùng chú thích văn bản (captions).
- Tương tác cảm xúc: Ảnh selfie phản hồi (reactions) và bình luận tin nhắn giữa bạn và bạn bè.
C. Dữ liệu kỹ thuật & Thiết bị
- Mã thông báo đẩy (FCM / APNs Token): Để gửi thông báo khi bạn bè chia sẻ khoảnh khắc mới.
- Dữ liệu Tiện ích (iOS Home Screen Widget): Ảnh mới nhất được lưu vào App Group nội bộ trên thiết bị của bạn để hiển thị ngay trên màn hình chính iPhone.
2. Quyền truy cập thiết bị (Permissions)
- Máy ảnh (Camera): Để bạn chụp ảnh, quay video và chụp selfie biểu cảm. Máy ảnh chỉ hoạt động khi bạn đang mở màn hình camera và chủ động bấm chụp.
- Micrô (Microphone): Để ghi lại âm thanh khi bạn quay video ngắn chia sẻ với bạn bè.
- Thư viện ảnh (Photo Library): Cho phép bạn chọn ảnh đại diện hoặc lưu khoảnh khắc kỷ niệm về máy nếu muốn.
- Thông báo (Notifications): Nhận thông báo tức thì khi bạn bè gửi ảnh khoảnh khắc đến bạn.
3. Mục đích sử dụng dữ liệu
- Cung cấp tính năng chia sẻ khoảnh khắc trực tiếp giữa bạn bè trong thời gian thực.
- Đồng bộ hóa ảnh trực tiếp lên tiện ích Widget màn hình chính iOS của bạn bè thân thiết.
- Bảo vệ tài khoản người dùng và xác thực đăng nhập an toàn.
- Ngăn chặn các hành vi gian lận hoặc vi phạm tiêu chuẩn cộng đồng.
4. Chia sẻ dữ liệu với bên thứ ba
Chúng tôi chỉ sử dụng các dịch vụ hạ tầng đám mây đạt tiêu chuẩn bảo mật quốc tế cao nhất của Apple và Google:
- Google Firebase (Alphabet Inc.): Quản lý xác thực (Firebase Auth), cơ sở dữ liệu thời gian thực (Cloud Firestore), lưu trữ tệp tin đa phương tiện (Cloud Storage) và gửi thông báo (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
- Apple Inc.: Hỗ trợ tính năng Sign in with Apple và dịch vụ thông báo Apple Push Notification service (APNs).
5. Quyền kiểm soát và Xóa tài khoản của bạn (Apple Guideline 5.1.1(v))
Theo tiêu chuẩn khắt khe của Apple, bạn có toàn quyền kiểm soát dữ liệu của mình:
- Chỉnh sửa thông tin: Bạn có thể đổi tên hiển thị, tên người dùng và ảnh đại diện bất kỳ lúc nào trong phần Hồ sơ.
- Xóa tài khoản vĩnh viễn: Bạn có thể tự mình xóa tài khoản ngay trong ứng dụng (vào Hồ sơ → Cài đặt → Xóa tài khoản). Toàn bộ ảnh, video, danh sách bạn bè, tin nhắn và thông tin đăng nhập sẽ bị xóa vĩnh viễn khỏi máy chủ ngay lập tức.
- Yêu cầu xóa ngoài ứng dụng: Nếu bạn đã gỡ ứng dụng hoặc không thể mở máy, bạn có thể gửi yêu cầu xóa tại Trang Yêu Cầu Xóa Tài Khoản.
6. Bảo mật dữ liệu & Quyền trẻ em
Dữ liệu truyền tải giữa thiết bị của bạn và máy chủ được mã hóa hoàn toàn theo chuẩn HTTPS / TLS và mã hóa dữ liệu tĩnh (AES-256). Ứng dụng HeartPearl không hướng đến trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi.

Our Core Promise: We DO NOT sell your personal information. Your photos and moments are only shared directly with close friends whom you explicitly accept and connect with.
1. Information We Collect
A. Account Information
- Identity Information: Display name, username (@username), and profile avatar.
- Authentication Details: Email address or Phone Number (for SMS OTP verification), or Apple ID/Google account identity when using single sign-on.
B. User Generated Content
- Moments (Photos & Videos): Photos and short videos captured through the camera interface, along with text captions.
- Reactions & Messages: Selfie reactions and text comments exchanged between you and your connected friends.
C. Technical & Device Data
- Push Notification Tokens (APNs / FCM): To deliver real-time notifications when friends send moments.
- iOS Home Screen Widget Data: Cached photos stored within your local device's shared App Group to render the latest moments on your iPhone home screen.
2. Device Permissions
- Camera: Used strictly to capture photos, record short video clips, and take selfie reactions. The camera is active only when you are in the camera view.
- Microphone: Used to record audio alongside your video moments.
- Photo Library: Used to select your profile avatar or save memorable photos to your camera roll upon request.
- Notifications: Used to send push alerts when friends send you moments or friend requests.
3. How We Use Information
- To enable real-time moment sharing directly with your friends.
- To display live updates on friends' iOS Home Screen Widgets.
- To authenticate and safeguard your account against unauthorized access.
- To ensure community safety and prevent fraudulent behavior.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We partner with industry-leading infrastructure providers adhering to strict privacy regulations:
- Google Firebase (Alphabet Inc.): Authentication, Cloud Firestore database, Cloud Storage for media assets, and Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- Apple Inc.: Sign in with Apple authentication and Apple Push Notification service (APNs).
5. Your Rights & Account Deletion (Apple Guideline 5.1.1(v))
Under Apple App Store guidelines and international privacy laws, you maintain complete ownership over your data:
- Access & Modify: Update your profile name, username, and avatar at any time in the Profile section.
- In-App Account Deletion: You can delete your account permanently directly within the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account). All photos, videos, friendships, messages, and login credentials will be immediately and irrevocably purged from our servers.
- External Web Deletion Request: If you uninstalled the app or lost your device, you can request account deletion at our Account Deletion Request Page.
6. Security & Children's Privacy
All data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS protocols, and data at rest is secured via AES-256 encryption. HeartPearl is not directed to children under 13 years of age.
